Ocean Avenue Entertainment has brought 2 new films to Netflix, "Hoovey" and "Wildflower". In addition to North America, both films are also premiering in South America, UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.
"Hoovey", which premiered November 1, 2016, is the inspiring true-story of Eric “Hoovey” Elliott. He overcomes incredible odds to take another shot at his dream on the basketball court. It's directed by Sean McNamara of "Soul Surfer" fame, and stars Patrick Warburton and Lauren Holly.
"Wildflower", directed by Nicholas DiBella, premiered December 1, 2016. Starring Natalia Ramos, Cody Longo and Shari Rigby, it tells the story of a college student who has a reoccurring nightmare. Her search to find the answers forces her to confront her past traumas, while at the same time, helps her unlock a mystery that may bring a killer to justice.
